United StatesLove my hero clip. It is so handy to to keep my bag off the ground and at a perfect height to access my bag. Recently, the spring on my clip dislodge and flew into the undergrowth. It was an one in a million shift of my bag just as I was clipping it to the fence. The spring took the full weight of the bag and it dislodged. If I could find the spring I could have fixed it but alas it was lost. I reached out to Heroclip and they replaced it with a new one! Thanks to Heroclip for a great product and fantastic support.
